Donations
Any Â鶹¹ÙÍø members wishing to help are advised to donate money to an appropriate relief organisation. Many international charities are supporting the humanitarian relief efforts including (but not exclusively):
Cross Perinatal Group Supporting Ukraine
Â鶹¹ÙÍø members have been intrinsic in developing a cross perinatal group to offer support mothers and babies and perinatal colleagues in the Ukraine. Representatives from Â鶹¹ÙÍø, RCPCH, RCOG, MCAI and others have met and are leading work in several areas:
- Met with colleagues in the Ukraine to offer moral support and practical advice
- Determining what drugs and equipment are most urgently needed in the Ukraine and surrounding countries.
- Publicising the plight of babies and their families under these terrible conditions to government, relief agencies and the public.
- Liaising with international relief charities and foreign agencies to determine how best to get aid to neonatal units.
- Liaising with border countries to support them with the additional demands on their services.

Â鶹¹ÙÍø Statement on Ukraine
On 1st March 2022 Â鶹¹ÙÍø issued a statement on the situation in the ukraine. This statement was co-signed by Australia & New Zealand Neonatal Network (ANZNN), Canadian Neonatal Network (CNN) and European Association of Perinatal Medicine (EAPM).
