Â鶹¹ÙÍø has published it's strategy for the next three years after consultation with members on their priorities for the future of the organisation. The Â鶹¹ÙÍø Strategy sets out the plans for Â鶹¹ÙÍø to focus on for 2025-2028. This was written by the Â鶹¹ÙÍø Executive Committee following a survey of Â鶹¹ÙÍø members regarding their views on Â鶹¹ÙÍø including what they would like to see the organisation focus on in the future.

Â鶹¹ÙÍø President Eleri Adams and President Elect Stephen Wardle open the Strategy writing: "On behalf of the Â鶹¹ÙÍø Executive committee, we are delighted to present our strategy for 2025 – 2028 which we believe will help Â鶹¹ÙÍø continue to lead and shape the future of neonatal care and facilitate the delivery of safe, high quality, family integrated perinatal care.

"We will continue to do the things Â鶹¹ÙÍø has always done and the things that you consider important including frameworks for practice, staffing and other standards, running conferences, keeping members up to date, and highlighting safety concerns. We will also continue to strive to advocate for babies, families and professionals at a national level, and work with other related organisations, something we are increasingly doing more of as we become a larger more influential organisation."

Thank you to everyone who contributed to the strategy focus groups and surveys.
