We are seeking Â鶹¹ÙÍø members to join a small working group to oversee the next stage of Â鶹¹ÙÍø’s planned Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) work. You do not need to be an expert in this field, but someone who is interested in ensuring that Â鶹¹ÙÍø is a safe, welcoming and inclusive organisation.

The initial projects identified are:

• Undertake a review of the data Â鶹¹ÙÍø collects on members and volunteers to enable us to better measure how representative Â鶹¹ÙÍø volunteers are of the wider membership.
• Develop an inclusive language guide for Â鶹¹ÙÍø publications.

It is envisaged that this work will take approximately six months and involve 2-3 virtual meetings, although more may be scheduled if needed. All meetings will be virtual. No previous experience of Â鶹¹ÙÍø working groups is required.
